Millerls Subdivision of Las Animas Ranch Lot 23., which map was filed for
record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State
of California, on September 4, 1893, in Book "H" of Maps at page 5, and
being more particularly described as follows:
"BEGINNING at an iron pipe in the northerly line of Hecker Pass
Highway at the intersection thereof with the westerly line of
Wayland Lane as said line was established by Deed from Ermelina
Chiesa, wife of Constanza Chiesa, now deceased, and Margiorino
Chiesa and Dorothy Chiesa, his wife, to the City of Gilroy, a
municipal corporation, dated September 11, 1961, and recorded
September 13, 1961 in Book 4296 of Official Records at page 75,
and running along the said westerly line of Wayland Lane ~~ O?'471
30" E. 10.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence along a curve to the
left from a tangent bearing of S. 890 121 30" E. having a radius
of 10.00 feet, and a central angle of 900, a distance of 15.17
feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 00 47' 30" E. 6.19 feet to an
iron pipe; thence along a curve to .the left having a radius of
140.00 feet, through a central angle of 230 021 30", a distance
of 56.30 feet to an iron pipe; thence N. 220 151 W. 22.34 feet;
thence southerly and leaving the said westerly line of Wayland
Lane along a curve to the right having a radius of 100.96 feet
from a tangent bearing of S. 220 151 E. through a central angle
of 230 491 for a distance of 41.97 feet; thence S. 10 341 W.
47.67 feet; thence parallel with the centerline of Hecker
Pass Highway N. 890 12' 30" W. 524.00 feet; thence S. 00 47' 30"
W. 46.00 feet to the centerline of Hecker Pass Highway; thence
along the centerline of Hecker Pass Highway S. 890 121 30" E.
526.51 feet; thence N. 00 47' 30" E. 33.00 feet to the point
of beginning."

RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ACCEPTING CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPER'l'Y AND CONSENTING
TO ITS RECORDATION
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy accepts the attached
conveyance from MARGIORINO CHIESA and DOROTHY CHIESA, his wife,
to the CITY OF GILROY, a munic1pal corporation, dated Fe:bruary 17,
1965, and consents to its recordation.
