of Santa Clara County, California in Book 2740 of
OfficiaiL.Records at page 76 still remaining in the name
of and owned by, the grantors herein, after excluding
from said 28.06 acre tract the South~asterly two-fifths
in area conveyed to the City of Gilroy by grantors in two
deeds, one dated ~ugust'~21, 1961, and recorded in Book
5288 of Official Records, page 59 and the other dated
February 5, 1962, and recorded in Book 5461 of Official
Records ~t page 600, in the Office of the County Recorder
of Santa C1ara,CountYi the Northwesterly line of said
one-third portion of the tract herein conveyed to grantee
to be on a course S. 350 2' W., it being the intention
of the parties to this conveyance that after it takes
effect the grantee will own the Southeasterly three-fifths
of the said 28.06 acre tract with the Northwesterly line
thereof to be on the said course S. 350 2' W.

RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY ACCEPTING
CONVEYANCE FROM SYDNEY S. JOHNSON AND JENNIE F. JOHNSON
OF PORTION OF PREMISES KNOWN AS CHRISTMAS HILL RANCH.
RESOLUTION NO. 727
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Gilroy that
said City of Gilroy does hereby accept the attached conveyance
from Sydney S. Johnson and Jennie F. Johnson, his wife, to the
City of Gilroy, dated January 16, 1963, conveying the South-
easterly one-third of that part of the premises known as O~ristmas
Hill Ranch still owned by Sydney S. Johnson and Jennie F. Johnson,
his wife, and .that said City of Gilroy does hereby consent to
the recordation of said conveyance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of January, 1963, at a
regular meeting of the Council of the City of Gilroy by the following
vote:
