Being a portion of Parcel Two of the lands of John and Lucina Day granted December 29, 1995 by deed
filed in Book P 146, at Page 1891, Official Records of Santa Clara County, California, being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly comer of said parcel, said comer lying on the centerline of Kern
Avenue; thence along the northerly line of said parcel North 89005' 00" East 35.02 feet; thence leaving said
northerly line South 1000'00" West 87.70 feet to the southerly line of said Parcel; thence along said
southerly line South 89005'00" West 35.02 feet to the southwesterly comer thereof; thence along the
westerly line of said parcel(and said centerline) North 1000'00" East 87.70 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Containing 3070 square feet ofland, more or less.
Public Use Easement
Being an easement, 10 feet in width, for any and all public service purposes including, but not limited to,
