A 10 foot wide sanitary sewer easement the centerline of which is des-
cribed as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of Parcel D as said Par-
cel is shown on a Parcel Map filed for record September 13, 1972 in the Office of the
County Recorder of Santa Clara County California in Book 308 of Maps at page 31 there-
in, said point of beginning bearing S 400 37' W, 159.16 feet from the most easterly
corner of said Parcel D; thence N 100 27' W, 81.56 feet to the terminus of said
easement, being a point on the southerly line of a 60 foot right of way now known as
Dawn Way.

I. the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do
hereby certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution
No. 944, adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th
day of July, 1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified
copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book
7027, page 228, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on
behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
A. G. C. Incorporated of the premises
described in the attached conveyance dated the 10th day of
