That the said party of the first part, for and in

second part, the right to lay and maintain a storm sewer, in
accordance with the plans therefor prepared by H. B. Fisher,
City Engineer of the City of Gilroy, and now on file in the
office of the City Clerk of the City Of Gilroy, the center
line of which storm sewer, as it passes through the prcperty
of the party of the first part, is particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point in the easterly line of Rosanne
Street in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of
california, distant thereon 326.85 feet southerly from the point
of intersection of the southerly line of Seventh Street with the
Easterly line of Rosanna Street, and running thence North 780 46'
