Quitclaim back the above described twenty-five (25) foot road-
way easement at such time as an adequate alternate roadway is
constructed in the vicinity of the above described easement.
Said alternate roadway shall be a westerly extension of Welburn
Avenue to terminate at any point on a Northerly extension of
the Westernly boundary of the above described right of way,
which Northerly extension shall be along the Westerly boundary

resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the
