GRANT OF UTILITIES EASEMENT TO THE CITY OF GILROY
We, Paul Bowling, Alberta Bowling, Ernest Filice, ~ Ann R. Filice
the parties of the first part, hereby grant to the CITY OF GILROY,
a Municipal Corporation, the party of the second part, an easement
for the installation and maintenance of overhead electrical service,
over, on, and across, a strip of land 4.00 feet in width, the
centerline of which is describedas follows:
"BEGINNING at a point in the westerly line of Lot 4 in Block
6 as shown on map entitled "Tract No. 2023, Castlewood Park,
Unit No.3" which map is recorded in Book 90 of Maps at pages
40 and 41, Records of Santa Clara County, California, distant
thereon S.Oo46'30"W. t;3.00 feet from the corner common to Lots
4 and 5, and running thence parallel with the line common to
said Lots S.89013'30"E. 120.00 feet to a point in the easterly
line of Lot 4 and the westerly line of Filice Drive, distant
thereon S.Oo46'30"W. 8.00 feet from the corner common to said
Lots 4 and 5."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said first parties have executed this
conveyance this 15th day of June 1959.
