SEWER EASEMENT DEED
SAVIN D. CALABRESE and his wife, Everi1 H. r.al~h~p~p
Grant, convey and dedicate to the CITY OF GILROY, a municipal corporation,
the right of way and incidents thereto for a sewer easement upon, over and
across that certain real property, in the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, described as:
BEING a portion of Lot 12 as shown on the "Map of a Subdivision of the
lands of S. P. Fine in thehSolis Rancho" which map is filed for Record
in F-2 of Maps at page 46, Records of Santa Clara County, Ca1 ifornia,
and being an easement for the installation and maintenance of an under-
ground sanitary sewer, and appurtenances thereto, under, over, on and
across a strip of land 55.00 feet in width, the easterly line of which
is more particularly described as follows:
"BEGINNING at the southeasterly corner to Lot 12 in
the centerline of Morey Avenue (shown as Day Road
on said Map) and running thence along the centerline
of Morey Avenue N. 40561E. 228.51 feet, more or less,
to the intersection thereof with the westerly pro-
longation of the southerly 1 ine of Tract No. 4351
"Northwood", as shown on the Map thereof filed for
Record in Book 228 of Maps at pages 13, and 14, Santa
Clara County Records".

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY OF GilROY

I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do hereby
certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 944,
adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th day of July,
1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which
resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book 7027, page 228, I,
as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on behalf of the said
City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by Savin D. Calabrese and his
wife, Everil H. Calabrese
of the premises described in the attached
conveyance dated the 8th day of
