is described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of
the center line of Hanna Street with the center line of Welburn
Avenue as shown on said Map of the "Renz Additiontf and running
thence Northerly along a curve to the right w!th a radius of
1000 feet, from a tan~ent bearing of North 20 West, through
a central angle of 10 46', for a distance of 87.91 feet;
thence North 90 14' West 12.30 feet; thence along a curve to
the right with a radius of 1000 feet, through a central angle
of 70 16', for a distance of l26~83 feet; thence North 160 30'
West 444.37 feet; thence North 0 33' 30" West 130.00 feet to
the Northerly corporate limits of the City of Gilroy.
PARCEL SEVEN
A strip of land, 10 feet in width, the center line of which 1s
described as follows: Beginning at a point that is North 89
26' 30" East 352.65 feet from the intersection of the center
line of Sherwood Drive with the center line of Carmel Street
as shown on sa!d Map of I1Sherwood Park, Unit No. 111, and running
thence South 0 33' 30tf East 237.21 feet".
The grant of the above easements is to be considered as null and
~void upon the recording of approved subdivision maps covering the
~ dedication of the above easements or suitable substitutes therefor.
