This Agreement is between party of the First Part known as
City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation, and party of the
Second Part. known as Thomas A. Carr and Viola M. Carr,
owners of the real property described in Exhibit A.
Party of the Second Part hereto agrees that at the time of
conveyance of title, the following easement for sewer line
purposes over the parcel of land described in Exhibit B
attached hereto and made a part hereof will be recorded
concurrently.
