In no event shall Grantor hereafter contract or install, or cause or permit the contraction or installation of, any building structure, fence or tree upon or within ten (10) feet of the area of said easement, without the prior written consent of th~ City of Gilroy, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. This easement shall inure to the benefit of the City of Gilroy and its agents, employees, contractors and subcontractors, successors and assigns.
