An easement for sidewalk purposes and any appurtenances thereto lying over, on and across that portion
of Lots 7 and 8 in Block 5 as shown upon that certain map entitled "'Tract No, 1232, Castlewood Park
Unit No.2", which map was filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara,
State of California on October 25, 1954 in Book 53 of Maps, pages 12 and 13, being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly boundary of said lot 8, said point being S 89013'30" E 6.38 feet
from the northwest comer of said lot; thence along said boundary S 89013'30" E 103,62 feet; thence along
