February 5, 1999 from Donald C. Christopher, an unmarried man, Joseph Paul Giacalone and
Patricia Giacalone, husband and wife, Nicholas D'Arpino and Rae M, D'Arpino, Trustee of the
D'Arpino Trust dated 8-23-88, to the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation ofthe State of
