EA.8EMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION, INSTALLATION AND ~.AINTENANCE
OF SEWER LINE
THIS INDENTURE, made this I grl: day of september, 1961,
between DAVID A. CORYELL and BARBARA CORYELL, his wife, and LEGR~ND
FORSYTH and MARL~B.FORSYTH, his wife, parties of the First Part,
and the CITY OF GILROY, a municipal corporation in the County of
Santa Clara, in said State, the party of the Second Part;

Parties of the First Part, for and in consideration of the
sum of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR, cash in hand, paid to the party of the
Second Part, a receipt hereby acknowledged by the parties of the
First part, have this day granted, bargained and sold and by these
presents, do grant, bargain, sell, convey, transfer and deliver unto
the party of the Second Part a permanent easement and right-of-way
for the installation and maintenance of an underground sanitary sewer
line over, under, in, through and across the following described
premises located in the CIy of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, state
of California, to-wit:
PARCEL I. A strip of land of a uniform width of 5 feet,
the southeasterly line of which is described as follows:
"BEGINNING at a point in the line common to Sub10ts 16
and 17 as shown on the map hereinafter referred to,
distant thereon N. 700 E. 3.40 feet from the northwesterly
corner of said Sub10t 17 and lands of Mazzuca as recorded
in Book 848 at page 117, Official Records of Santa Clara
County, California.
PARCEL II. A strip of land of a uniform width of 10 feet,
the southwesterly line of which is described as follows:
"BEGINNING at the most southwesterly corner of lands of
B1undo as recorded in Book 524 of Deeds at page 31, Santa
Clara County Records, and running thence along the south-
westerly line thereof, N. 20000. W. 269.00 feet to a point
in the southerly line of the lands of Valentino as recorded
in Book 138 of Official Records, at page 54, Santa Clara
County Records;"
Including the perpetual right to enter upon said easement
~/ land at any time and construct, install, maintain and repair an
'~ underground.sanitary sewer line for the purpose of conveying sewage

over, across, through and under the lands hereinbefore described,
to gether with the right to excavate and refill ditches and or
trenches for the location, placing, replacing, maintenance and
repairing of said sewer line and the further right to remove trees,
bushes, undergrowth and other obstructions, if any, interfering
with the location, construction, installation, repair and or mainten-
ance of said sewer line.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties of the First Part have
