A public use easement, 10 foot in width, for the installation, maintenance, repair or replacement of public
utility facilities and any appUl1enances thereto lying under, over, on and across a portion of Lot 12
according to Tract 9121 "Lawrence Park" filed in Book 713 of Maps, at Pages 44 and 45, Official Records
of Santa Clara County, California, the easterly line of said easement being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the northeasterly comer of said Lot; thence along the easterly line of said Lot South 4011 '
02" East 91.32 feet and South 0056'30" West 7.84 feet to the northerly line of that public use easement
dedicated to the City of Gilroy on said map of Tract 9121, said northerly line being the terminus of said
public use easement.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the grant deed dated
July 12, 1999 from Custom One, Inc. a California Corporation, to the City of Gilroy, a municipal
corporation of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on
behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 97-62 of the City
of Gilroy adopted December 1, 1997, a certified copy of which resolution is on record in the
office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, document
#13986427, dated December 22, 1997 and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly
