Public Street
Being a portion of Lot 19, Block I North, Range 3 West, as shown on Map No.5 of the Miller v. Thomas
Partition Suit of the Las Animas Rancho, Superior Court Case No. 5536, in the City of Gilroy, Santa Clara
County, California, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most southwesterly comer of said Lot; thence along the westerly boundary of said Lot
North 200 West 2.50 feet; thence leaving said westerly boundary South 650 East 3.54 feet to the southerly
boundary of said Lot; thence along said southerly boundary South 700 West 2.50 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.
Containing 3 square feet of land, more or less.
Public Use Easement
A public use easement, 10 foot in width, for the installation, maintenance, repair or replacement of public
utility facilities and any appurtenances thereto lying under, over, on and across a portion of Lots 18 and 19,
Block I North, Range 3 West, as shown on Map No.5 of the Miller v. Thomas Partition Suit of the Las
Animas Rancho, Superior Court Case No. 5536, in the City of Gilroy, Santa Clara County, California,
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly boundary of said Lot 19, said point being North 200 West 2.50 feet
from the most southwesterly comer of said Lot; thence along said westerly boundary North 200 West 70.50
feet; thence leaving said westerly boundary North 700 East 10.00 feet; thence South 200 East 63.00 feet;
thence North 700 East 32.00 feet; thence South 200 east 10.00 feet to the southerly boundary of said Lot 18;
thence along the southerly boundary of said Lots 18 and 19 South 700 West 39.50 feet; thence leaving said

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the easement and dedication
dated January 23, 2001 from Custom One, Inc. a California Corporation, to the City of Gilroy, a
municipal corporation of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or
agent on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 99-90 of
the City of Gilroy adopted December 20, 1999, a certified copy of which resolution is on record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, document
#15167735, dated March 1,2000 and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly
authorized officer.
