Report of the Referees in the Las Animas Rancho Partition Suit, Action
No. 5536 had in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for
the County of Santa Clara and being an easement for the purpose of the
installation and maintenance of a drainage ditch and other public utilities
over, under, on and across a strip of land 10.00 feet in width the south-
westerly line of which is more particularly described as follows:
"BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of that certain tract of
land described in the deed from Sam Garbini, et ux, to Sam Garbini,
et ux, recorded August ,18, 1961, in Volume 5269 at Page 99, Official
Records of Santa Clara County, ahd running thence along the south-
westerly line of said tract of land N. 260 181 W. 1532.39 feet to
the most southerly corner of that certain parcel of land deeded to
the County of Santa Clara for the widening of Leavesley Road, by
Dennis Debell, et al, and recorded in Volume 6494 at page 534,
Official Records of Santa Clara County."
