"BEGIN~?lNG at the most southerly corner of Lot 14
as shown on said Map, and running thence along the
southeasterly line of said Lot N. 700 E. 9.89 feet to
a point from which the most easterly corner of "Sunset
Park" bears N. 700 E. 282.81 feet; thence N. 610 09' E.
32.50 feet; thence parallel \^ri t.h the southeasterly line
of Lot 14 and 5.00 feet distant therefrom S~ 700 \'J. to
the southwest(;.rly line of Lot 14; thence along the south-
vTesterly line of Lot 14 to the point of beginninc;.lI
This easement and right of waY is granted to the
party of the second part for the installation,maintenance
and repair of sewer lines, water lines and other public
