DEPARTMENT OF VETERiiNS AFFAIRS OF TH8 STATE uF CALIFURlJIA,
HAROLD C. CROVY and mlENDOLYN T. CROW, husband and wife, herein-
after called first parties, do hereby grant to the CITY OF
GILROY, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter called second
party, the right to suspend, maintain and use such wires and
crossarms as second Darty shall from time to time in its dis-
cretion deem to be reasonably required for the transmission
and distribution of electric energy, and also a right of way
along the same, over and across those certain premises, sitl1ate
in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of Califor-
nia, vi z. :
Lot 75, as said Lot 75 is delinBated and sO
designated upon that certain map of Tract
239, recorded in book 10 of Maps at pages 18
and 19, records of said County of Santa Clara.
The route of said wires across said premises shall be as
follows, viz.:
Within a strip of land of the uniform width of
2 feet, extending entirely across said premises
and lying contiguous to and southeasterly of
the northwesterly boundary line thereof.
No poles are to be erected hereunder.
Said right includes trim~inp, by second party of trees along
said wires whenever considered necessary for the complete enjoy-
ment thereof.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
This is to certify that the interest in real
property conveyed by the deed or grant dated March
17, 1958, from HAROLD C. CROW and GWENDOLYN T. CROW,
his wife, to the City of Gilroy, a policitical corpora-
tion, is hereby accepted by order of the Common Council
of the City of Gilroy, a political corporation, is
hereby accepted by order of the Common Council of the
City of Gilroy made on the 2nd day of September, 1958,
and the Grantee consents to the recordation thereof
by its duly authorized officer.

BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Gilroy accept
that certain deed dated March 17, 1958, executed by
HAROLD C. CROW and GWENDOLYN T. CROW, his wife, to the
City of Gilroy be accepted, and that the Grantee consents
to the recordation thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the certificate of
acceptance to be attached to the said deed be executed
on behalf of the City of Gilroy by Sig Sanchez, the Mayor
of said City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2 day of September, 1958,
