DEDICATION FOn STORM DnAINAGE & SANITARY SEWER PURPOZES
'l'he undersigned, being the legal owners of tile real property
hereinafter described, hereby dedicate to tile public use an
easement for storm Drainage purposes and Sanitary Sewer purposes
over, under, on and across the real property hereinafter described.
'l'he unders igned further i rrevocabl y of fers to dedica te to tile
City of Gilroy for the use of the public ,a combined storm drainage
and sanitary sewer easement over, under, on and across the real
property hereinafter described, said dedication to be accepted only
when the City Council of tile City of Gilroy adopts and records in
the office of the Recorder of tile County of Santa Clara a resolution
accepting said easement. Uuti1 said easement is recorded the City
of Gilroy shall not be responsible'for'lIIaiutaining said easement of
and improvements thereon.
If any change in alignment, length' or width of easement approved
by the City of Gilroy results in vacation of any part of the real
property dedicated herein, such vacation shall terllliuate the dedication
as to the part vacated.
1'he prov i s ions hereof shall inure to the belief i t and be l"\i nding
upon the he irs, successors, assigns and personal represen~,a ti ves of
the respective parties hereto.
BEING a portion of that certain 10.00 acre parcel of land in the Solis Rancho conveyed
to John W. Dollar and Dana L. Dollar, his wife, by deed recorded December 11 1975 in
Book B767 at page 450, Official Records of Santa Clara County, California a~d being
more particularly described as follows: '
"BEGINNING.at the northeasterly corner to said 10.00 acre parcel, in the
westerly Ilne of Morey Avenue, and running thence along the westerly line
of Morey Avenue S.4056"W. 105.71 feet; thence leaving said line 5.76010'
4~"W. 243.~3 feet and S.85043'22"W. 317.60 feet to a point in the westerly
Ilne of sald 10.00 acre parcel; thence along said westerly line N.4055'56"E.
25.33 feet to a point from which the northwesterly corner to said 10.00 acre
parcel bears N.4055'56"E. 121.27 feet; thence leaving said westerly line N.
65043'22"E. 371.77 feet, N.760lO'49"E. 150.00 feet and N. 4056'E. 96.08 feet

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY OF GILROY
BY JOHN W. DOLLAR and DANA L. DOLLAR
I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do hereby certify
that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 83-55, adopted by the
Council of the City of Gilroy on the 18th day of July, 1983, at a regular
meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which resolution is on record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, in Book and Page 7755622, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby
accept on behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by ___
