DEDICATION FOR STREET AND U~ILITY PURPOSES

The undersIgned, beIng the legal owners of the real property bereinafter
described, hereby dedicate to public use a right of way for Street and
utility purposes, including but not limited to electric, gas, telephone,
cable TV, water storm drainage, sanitary sewers, etc., under, over, on and
across the real property hereinafter described.
The.undersigned further irrevocably offers to dedicate to the City of
Gilroy for use of tile public a right of way for street and utility purposes
over, under on and across the reill property hereinafter described said
dedication to be accepted only when the City Council of the City of Gilroy
adopts and records in tile office of Recorder of the County of Santa Clara
a resolution accepting said righe of way. Until said right of way is
recorded the City of Gilroy shall not be responsible for maintaining said
right of way and improvements thereon.
If any change in change in alignment, length or width of right of way
approved by the City of Gilroy results in vacation of any part of the real
property dedicated herein, such vacation shall terminate the dedication as
to the part vacated.
'I'be provisions hereof slli1ll inure to the benefit and be binding upon
the heirs, successors, assigns and personal representatives of tile respect-
ive parties hereto.
BEING a portion of Lot 4 as shown on "MAP OF THE S.P. FINE SUBDIVISION"
as recorded in Book "F-2" of Maps at Page 46, Records of Santa Clara
County, California and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly line of that certain 4.958
acre parcel of land, as described in the deed from Le~nides Fine to E.R.
Doyle dated May 9, 1914, recorded May 12, 1914 in Book 413 of Deeds, at
Page 558, with the southerly line of Hecker Pass Highway; thence along
said southerly line S.88045'W. 25.00 feet; thence S.46059'58"E. 31.78
feet to a point in said easterly line; thence along the easterly line of
said 4.958 acre parcel N.4030'E. 22.29 feet to the point of beginning.
