EXHIBIT A
A 20 foot wide storm drainage easement the
northwesterly line of which is the northwesterly line of
that certain parcel of land conveyed to Ernest S.and Ann R.
Filice by grant deed filed for record in the office of the
County Recorder of Santa Clara County, California, in Book
K112 of Official Records at page 1247 therein and is more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of said parcel
conveyed to Filice, being a point on the centerline of
Miller Avenue (formerly Mesa Road); thence along said
northwesterly line S 57 degs. 46' W, 50 feet to the
terminus.
This easement is for storm drain purposes to serve the
Lands of the San Jose Presbytery and shall cease to exist at
such time as a City of Gilroy storm drain is installed and a
new easement exists. Abandonment of this easement shall be
done by recording a notice of termination by the City.

I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do hereby certify
that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 83-55, adopted by the
Council of the City of Gilroy on the 18th day of July, 1983, at a regular
meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which resolution is on record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, in Book and Page 7755622, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby
accept on behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by ___
