PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
Gavilan Joint Community College hereby grants an easement to the City of Gilroy, a
municipal corporation. The Public Utility Easement is described in the attached Exhibit "A" and

An easement for the installation, maintenance, repair and/or replacement of sanitary sewer
facilities and any appurtenances thereto lying under, over, on and across a portion of the Lands
of Gavilan Joint Community College as said Lands are shown on that Record of Survey filed
November 18,1963 in Book 169 of Maps, at Page 37,Official Records of Santa Clara County,
California, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the most southwesterly corner of Parcel "0" as shown on that Record of Survey filed
March 30, 1966 in Book 207 of Maps, at Page 21, Official Records of said County;thence along
the southerly line of said Parcel South 85013'15" East 50.85 feet; thence leaving said southerly
line South 29010'30" East 26.44 feet; thence South 71046'37" West 39.11 feet; thence North
57042'23" West 58.62 feet; thence North 14047'56" East 18.81 feet; thence South 76015'59" East
15.55 feet to the southwesterly line of said Parcel; thence along said southwesterly line South
