BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY:
That said City of Gilroy accepts the attached conveyance
by MARY GIACHINO of real property comprising a strip of land
5.5 feet in width, the northerly line of Which, is described as
follows:
