CITY OF GILROY, a municipal corporation
in said County, the second party,
AN EASEMENT for the installation of an underground water line
for the construction, maintenance, and replacement of the same or
any part thereof, under, on, over, and across a strip of land
situate in the County of Santa Clara, State of California, and of
a uniform width of fifteen (15) feet, the northerly line of which
is described as follows:
BEGINNING at the northwesterly corner of that cermin
11.285 acre parcel of land as described in the Final
Order of Condemnation entered in the Superior Court of
the State of California, in and for the County of Santa
Clara, entitled "Gilroy School District of Santa Clara
County, Plaintiff, vs. San Martin Vineyards Co., a co-
partnership, et al, defendants, Case No. 116021, certified
copy of said order being filed for record on August 24,
1960 in Volume 4896 at pages 254 of the Official Records
of Santa Clara County, and running thence along the northerly
line of said 11.285 acre parcel S.890l3130"E. 146.64 feet;
thence along a curve to the left with a radius of 1000.00
feet, through a central angle of 19031130", for a distance
of 340.78 feet; thence along a tangent curve to the right
with a radius of 1000.00 feet, through a central angle
of 9~'07 1 30", for a distance of 159.26 feet to the north-
easterly corner of said 11.285 acre parcel.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said grantor has caused its name to be
hereunto subscribed by its president and clerk thereunto duly
authorized by resolution of its Board of Trustees duly adopted
at a regular meeting held on the 10th day of Allgust, 1965, this

RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GILROY
ACCEPTING THE CONVEYANCE FROM. GILROY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
DISTRICT, DATED August 10, 1965
BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Gilroy does
hereby accept the attached Deed from GILROY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT
of Santa Clara County, dated August 10, 1965, conveying a right-of-
way from GILROY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT of Santa Clara County
to the CITY OF GILROY, and consents to its recordation.
