PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT
BEING a portion of Parcell as shown on that Parcel Map recorded in Book 479, of
Mpas at page 18, Santa Clara County Records, and more particularly an easement
for public utilities and the right to enter upon said easement for installation,
construction, repair and maintance thereof in, under, across and through a 10 foot
wide strip of land the':Easterly and Northerly lines described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the Easterly line of said Parcel 1 that bears North
000 12' 20" East 159.08 feet from the Southeasterly corner thereof ,and Northerly terminus
of an existing public service easement; thence continueing along said easterly line
North 000 12' 20" East 134.45 feet; thence along the Northerly line of said
Parcell North 890 47' 40" West 379.03 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said
