County, California, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Parcel; thence along the westerly line of
said Parcel, North 18025'09" East, 55.55 feet; thence along the arc of a tangent curve
to the left having a radius of 1,446.50 feet, through a central angle of 19052'56", an arc
distance of 501.95 feet to a point of compound curvature; thence along the arc of a
curve to the left having a radius of 50.00 feet, through a central angle of 65022'47", an
arc distance of 57.06 feet; thence along the northerly line of said Parcel, South
82017'23" East, 40.95 feet; thence leaving said Northerly line along the arc of a non-
