A right of way over and in a strip of land 10 feet wide,
being a portion of Las Animas Ranch Lot 16 according to Map No. 7
accompanying the report of the Referees in the Las Animas Rancho
t Partition Suit, Action No. 5536, had in the Superior Court of
"the State of California, in and for the County of Santa Clara,
the center line of which is described as follows:
"COMMENCING at a point on the line dividing the premises
of J. Downhrur and the parties of the first part distant thereon
South 200 East 5 fe'et fr0m the most Southerly corner of Lot No. 11
as shown on the Map of Tract No. 165 "Sunset Park", rec()rded in
Book 5 of Maps, Pages 28 and 29, records 0~ Santa Clara County,
California; running thence North 700 East at a uniform distance
of 5 feet from the Southerly line of said Lot No. 11, 52 feet'~
ALSO a strip of land 10 feet wine the center line of which
is described as follows:
"COMMENCING at a point on the Southeasterly line of the
10 foot strip of land hereinbefore described, distant thereon
North 700 East 5 feet from the most Southerly corner of said 10
foot strip of land hereinbefore described; running thence South
200 Ea3t 50 feet".
This easement and right of way is granted to the party
of the second part for the installation, mai~tenance and repair
of sewer lines, water lines and other public utility lines
over, under, on and in said strip of land, all of which lines
and utilities shall be laid, maintained and repaired so as to
interfere as little as possible with the surface of the ground
and the use thereof by the parties of the first part, their
successors, heirs and assigns.
