DEDICATION FOR STORM DRAINAGE & SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES
The undersigned, being the legal owners of the real property
hereinafter described, hereby dedicate to the public use an
easement for storm Drainage purposes and Sanitary Sewer purposes
over, under, on and across the real property hereinafter described.
The undersigned further irrevocably offers to dedicate to the
City of Gilroy for the use of the public a COlnbined storm drainage
and sanitary sewer easement over, under, on and across the real
property hereinafter described, said dedication to be accepted only
when the City council of the city of Gilroy adopts and records in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara a resolution
accepting said easement. Until said easement is recorded the city
of Gilroy shall not be responsiblefor'lIIaintaining said easement of
and improvements thereon.
If any change in alignment, length' or width of easement approved
by the City of Gilroy results in vacation of any part of the real
property dedicated herein, such vacation shall terminate the dedication
as to the part vacated.
'l'he provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit and be binding
upon the heirs, successors, assigns and personal represen~atives of
the respective parties hereto.

BEGINNING at a point in the easterly.line of Parcell as shown on
Record of Survey Map filed for record in Book 423 of Map at page 29,
Records of Santa Clara County, California, distant thereon S.4034'30"W.
174.19 feet from the northeasterly corner thereof, and running thence
along said easterly line S.4034'30"W. 21.48 feet; thence leaving said
line N.64000'30"W. 97.84 feet and S.84014'Ol"W. 205.54 feet to a point
in the westerly line of said Parcell; thence along said wes~erly line
N.OolO'22"W. 141.68 feet to the northwesterly corner thereof; thence
along the northerly line thereof' N.840l4'01"E. 10.47 feet; thence leav-
ing said northerly line and running parallel with the westerly line of
