PROPERTY DESCRIPTION OF A DEDICATION OF A 5-FOOT WIDE
PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT (P.S.E.)
All that certain real property situated in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, and being a portion of Lots 8 and 9, as shown on that certain Tract Map
No. 9546 entitled, "Lands of Hewell", filed for record on July 1, 2004 in Book 772 of
Maps, at pages 10 and 11 at the Office of the recorder of Santa Clara County and being
more particularly described as follows:
A 5-foot wide strip of land lying contiguous with and southwesterly, at right angles, of
the existing 20-foot wide Public Service Easement, as said easement is shown on said
Tract Map. Said strip is to be lengthened or shortened to terminate at the southeasterly
line of the existing 10-foot wide Public Service Easement located on Lot 8 and
lengthened or shortened to terminate at the easterly line of the existing lO-foot Public
Service Easement located on Lot 9, as said easements are shown on said Tract Map.

This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the grant deed dated
June 28, 2005 from Hewell & Sheedy Construction, Incorporated, to the City of Gilroy, a
municipal corporation of the State of California, is hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or
agent on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 2004-20
of the City of Gilroy adopted March 15,2004, a certified copy of which resolution is on record in
the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, document
#17703402, dated April 6, 2004 and the grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly
authorized officer.
