DEDICATION FOR STREET AND UTILITY PURPOSES
The undersigned, being the legal owners of the real property hereinafter
described, hereby dedicate to public use a right of way for Street and
utility purposes, including but not limited to electric, gas" telephone,
cable TV, water storm drainage, sanitary sewers, etc., under, over, on and
across the real property hereinafter described.
The undersigned further irrevocably offers to dedicate to the City of
Gilroy for use of the public a right of way for street and utility purposes
over, under on and across tile re~l property hereinafter described said
dedication to be accepted only when the City Council of the City of Gilroy
adopts and records in the office of Recorder of the County of Santa Clara
a resolution accepting said right of way. Until said right of way is
recorded the City of Gilroy shall not be responsible for maintaining said
right of way and improvements thereon.
If any change in change in alignment, length or width of right of way
approved by the City of Gilroy results in vacation of any part of the real
property dedicated herein, such vacation shall terminate the dedication as
to the part vacated.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit and be binding upon
the heirs, successors, assigns and personal representatives of the respect-
ive parties hereto.

BEING a portion of Lot 2 as shown on "Map of a Subdivision of the Lands of
S.P. Fine in the Solis Rancho", which map is filed for Record in Book F2
of Maps at page 46, Records of Santa Clara County, California, and being
more particularly described as follows:
PARCEL ONE
"BEGINNING at a point in the line common to Lots 2 and .3 distant
thereon N. 402.3'11" E. 455.35 feet from the southerly common corner
thereof, as shown on said map, and running thence along said common
l'ine N.4023'11~ E. 576.48,feet; thence leaving said line along a
curve to the left with a radius of .3.35.00 feet, from a tangent bear-
ing of S.24017'05" W., through a central angle of 16040'07" for a
distance of 97.46 feet; thence along a tangent curve to the right
with a radius of 20.00 feet, through a central angle of 86046'13"
for a distance of 30.29 feet; thence N.85036'49" W. 279.02 feet;

29033"07" for a distance of 25.79 feet to a point in the easterly
