Irrevocable Offer to Dedicate Public Roadway and
Public Utility Easements to the City of Gilroy
over Lands of Kamangar
All that certain real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State
of California, being an irrevocable offer to dedicate an easement for pubic roadway and
public utility purposes under, over, or upon that certain parcel of land described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the most Southwesterly comer of that certain /lDesignated Remainder/l
parcel as shown on Tract No. 9173, a map of which was filed for record in Book
7 ~3 of Maps at pages 7 and B , Santa Clara County Records; thence
from said POINT OF BEGINNING along the most Westerly line of said remainder
parcel N04056'45/1E 18.05 feet; thence leaving said Westerly line the following courses:
S89046'45/1E 97.65 feet; along a tangent curve to the left with a radius of 20.00 feet
through a central angle of 85016'30/1 for an arc length of 29.77 feet to a point in the
Southerly prolongation of the Westerly line of Ohlone Way as shown on said Tract No.
9173; thence along said prolongation N04056'45/1E 8.27 feet to the Southwesterly
terminus of said Westerly line of Ohlone Way; thence along the Southerly line of
Ohlone Way S85003'15/1E 60.00 feet to the Southeasterly comer of said Ohlone Way;
thence leaving said Southerly line the following courses: from a tangent bearing of
