does hereby grant to CITY OF GILROY, a municipal corporation,
GRANTEE,
an easement 15.00 feet in width for the purpose of installation, maintenance and
repair of sanitary sewer and storm sewer pipelines and any and all appurtenances
to the above, over, under and upon that certain parcel of land situate in the
City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, the Northeasterly
line of said easement being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 85, as said Lot is shown upon
that certain map-entitled, "Tract No. 5563, Hidden Glen of Gilroyll, recorded
December 13, 1974, in Book 349 of Maps, pages 41 and 42, Santa Clara County
Records; thence from said point of beginning along the Northeasterly line of
said Lot 85, North 760 30' 00" West 90.00 feet to the Northwesterly comer of
said Lot in the Southeasterly line of Orchard Drive (60 feet wide) as shown on
said map and the terminus of this easement; the Northwesterly terminal line for
said easement being said Southeasterly I ine of Orchard Drive and the South-
easterly terminal line of said easement being the Southeasterly line of said
Lot 85.

BY LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION, a corooration
I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do
hereby certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution
No. 944, adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th
day of July, 1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified
copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book
7027, page 228, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on
behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
Lawvers Title Insurance Corporation. a corporation of the premises
described in the attached conveyance dated the 15th day of
