of the State of California, a right of way for a public street
and sidewalk, and easements for public utilities in general,
including a sanitary sewer line, water line, and buried storm drain-
age line, with the right to enter upon the easement at any time for
the installation, construction, repair, and maintenance thereof,

BEING a portion of Parcel 1 as shown on Parcel Map recorded in
Book 320 of Maps at page 7, Santa Clara County Records and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most Northwesterly corner of Parcel 1 as shown
on said Map and running thence along the northeasterly line of Forest
Street South 20000' East 28.43 feet, thence along a curve to the
right from a tangent bearing of North 20000' West, having a radius
of 20.00 feet and a central angle of 109045'00" a distance of 38.31
feet to a point in the southeasterlY line of Old Gilroy Street,
thence along said southeasterly line South 89045' West 28.43
feet to the point of beginning.

hereby certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution
No. 944, adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th
day of July, 1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified
copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book
7027, page 228, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on
behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
Ray Malech of the premises
