Oalifornia, the party of the first part, and the City Of Gilroy,
a muricipal corporation, the party of the second part, WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in con-
sideration of' the Bum of' One Dollar to him in hand paid by the
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
krowledged, does hereby grant unto the said party Of the second
part, the right to lay and maintain a storm sewer, in accordance
with the plans therefor prepared by H. B. Fisher, City Engineer
of the City of Gilroy, and now on file in the office of the City
Clerk of the City of Gilroy, the center line of whioh said storm
sewer, as it passes through the property of the party of the first
- part, is particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Westerly line of Monterey
Street, distant thereon 350 feet Southerly from the point of 11'1-
tereeotion of the Southerly line Of Seventh Street with the Westerly
line of Monterey street, and running thence South 840 34' West, 154.99
feet to the westerly line of the property of the party of the first
part.
