Being a portion of Lot 18 as shown on Maps 7 and 8 accompanying the final report
of the "Las Animas Rancho Partition Suit" in the Superior Court of the State of
California in and for the County of Santa Clara, Case No. 5536, and being a
right of way for the purpose of installing and maintaining a sanitary sewer pipe
line under, over, on, and across a strip of land 10.00 feet in width the southerly
line of which is more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe at the southeast corner of that certain
parcel of land conveyed by John Ciabattari, et ux, to Assunto Masini by
deed filed for record July 21, 1952, in Book 2454 of Official Records,
page 530 therein, Santa Clara County Records;
thence S700 oat 40"W, 75.00 feet to the southwest corner of said
parcel.

hereby certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution
No.. 944, adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th
day of July, 1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified
copy of which resolution Is on record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book
7027, page 228, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on
behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
