to and parrallel with the northeasterly boundary of that 40 wide road shown as Whitehurst
Avenue on the map entitled "Map Of The Gilroy Land Company's Suburban Tract, being
the original Lot No. 36 of the partition of the Las Animas Ranch", as surveyed in
November, 1905 by A.T. Hermann," recorded November 16, 1905, filed in volume "F2"
page 37, of maps, in the Office of the Recorder for said County, and shown as "Future
Street Line", of San Ysidro Avenue (formerly Whitehurst Avenue) on the Record of Survey
