A 10.00 foot wide Public Use Easement for any and all public service purposes including
but not limited to poles, wires and conduits for electrical, telephone television, traffic
signals, gas, storm drain, sewer, water and sidewalks and any appurtanence thereto lying
under over on and across the northeasterly 10.00 feet of the southwesterly 53.00 feet of
lots 4 and 5 as shown on the map entitled "Map Of The Gilroy Land Company's Suburban
Tract, being the original Lot No. 36 of the partition of the Las Animas Ranch", as surveyed
in November, 1905 by A.T. Hermann," recorded November 16, 1905, filed in volume "F2"
page 37, of maps, in the Office of the Recorder for said County.
