TEMPORARY ROADWAY EASEMENT DEED
FELIX A. PAPPANI, GUERINO D. PAPPANI and CHESTER A. PAPPANI
grant, convey and dedicate to the CITY OF GILROY, a municipal
corporation, a right-of-way for a temporary roadway easement
upon, over and across that certain real property in the City
of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California, described
as follows:
BEING a portion of Lot 28 as shown on the map of "Henry
Miller's Subdivision of Las Animas Ranch Lot No. 23",
which map is filed for record in Book "H" of Maps at
page 5, Records of Santa Clara County, California, and
being an easement for Street Purposes over, on and across
the following described parcel of land:

"BEGINNING at the southwesterly corner of Lot 99
as shown on the map of Tract No. 4351 "Northwood",
which map is filed for record in Book 228 of Maps
at pages 13 and 14, Records of Santa Clara County,
and running thence S. 40 50' W. 30.07 feet; thence
N. 890 06' 40" Wit 195.46 feet to a point in the
easterly line of Morey Avenue; thence along the
easterly line of Morey Avenue N. 40 50' E. 30.07
feet to the intersection thereof with the southerly
line of said Tract No. 4351; thence along said
southerly line S. 890 06' 40" E. 195.46 feet to
the point of beginning, said easement will be
abandoned and returned to the Grantors at such
time as Gaunt Avenue is extended southerly or
other dedicated access to Morey Avenue or
Hecker Pass is provided." NIl?

I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do hereby
certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 944,
adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th day of July,
1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which
resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book 7027, page 228, I,
as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on behalf of the said
City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by Felix A., Guerino D. and
Chester A. Pappani
of the premises described in the attached
conveyance dated the
