right of way and incidents thereto for a sewer easement upon, over, and
across that certain real property, in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa
Clara, State of Ca1 ifornia, described as:
BEING a portion of Lot 23 as shown on "Henry Mi11erts Subdivision of Las
Animas Ranch Lot 23" as shown on the Map thereof filed for Record in Book
IIHII of Maps at page 5, Records of Santa Clara County, California, and
being an easement for the installation and maintenance of an underground
Sanitary Sewer under, over, on and across a strip of land 5.00 feet in
width, the northerly 1 ine of which is more particularly described as
follows:
"BEGINNING at the intersection of the centerline of
Gaunt Street with the southerly 1 ine of Tract No. 4351
"Northwood" as shown on the map thereof filed for Record
in Book 228 of Maps at pages 13 and 14, Records of Santa
Clara County, and running thence along the southerly
line of Tract 4351 N.89006I40"W. 165.39 feet to the
southwesterly corner of said Tract as shown on said
Map".

I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do hereby
certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 944,
adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th day of July,
1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which
resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clera, State of California, in Book 7027, page 228, I,
as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on behalf of the said
