DEDICATION FOR SANITARY SEWER PURPOSES
The undersigned, being the legal owners of the real property
hereinafter described, hereby dedicate to the public use an easement
for Sanitary Sewer purposes over, under, on and across the real
property hereinafter described excepting there from that portion of
the existing garage structure that encroaches into said easement until
such time as the garage structure is demolished or moved by the
grantor.
The undersigned further irrevocably offers to dedicate to the City
of Gilroy for the use of the public a Sanitary Sewer Easement over,
under, on and across the real property hereinafter described, said
dedication to be accepted only when the City Council of the City of
Gilroy adopts and records in the office of the Recorder of the Court
of Santa Clara a resolution accepting said easement. Until said
easement is recorded the City of Gilroy shall not be responsible for
maintaining said easement of and improvements thereon.
If any change in alignment, length or width of easement approved
by the City of Gilroy results in vacation of any part of the real
property dedicated herein, such vacation shall terminate the
dedication as to'the part vacated.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit and be binding
upon the heirs, successors, assigns and personal representatives of
the respective parties hereto.
BEING a portion of that certain parcel of land conveyed to Joseph C.
Ramirez and Ruth M. Ramirez, husband and wife, as joint tenants, by
deed recorded August 29, 1986 in Book J826 at page 18, Records of
Santa Clara County, California, and being a strip of land 10.00 feet
in width the northeasterly line of which is more particularly
described as follows:
"BEGINNING at the most easterly corner to said parcel of land
and running thence along the northeasterly line thereof
N.20000'W. 28.53 feet to the most northerly corner thereof".

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY OF GILROY
BY JOSEPH G. RAMIREZ AND RUTH M. RAMIREZ
I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do hereby certify
that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 83-55, adopted by the
Council of the City of Gilroy on the 18th day of July, 1983, at a regular
meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which resolution is on record
in the office of the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of
California, in Book and Page 7755622, I, as said City Administrator, do
hereby accept on behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of
Gilroy by JOSEPH G. RAMIREZ AND RUTH M. RAMIREZ
of the premises described in the attached conveyance dated the 14th day
