easement:
Being a strip of land 20 feet wide, the centerline of which is more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of that certain parcel of land conveyed to
John G. Roffinella, an unmarried manj recorded in the Office of the County Recorder
of Santa Clara County California in Book 9602 of Official Records at page 501 therein;
thence along the west line of said parcel being also the easterly line of Chestnut Street
South 200 East 15 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING;
thence North 700 East, 103 feet; thence South 680 30' East, 25 feet; thence Somth 590
30' East, 21 feet and thence including that protion of said 20 foot wide strip within
said lands of Roffinella described by extending said centerline South 530 00' East,
27 feet more or less to its intersection with the easterly line of said parcel and
thence along the easterly prolongati0n of last said bearing.

hereby certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution
No. 944, adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th
day of July, 1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified
copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book
7027, page 228, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on
behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
JOHN G. ROFFINELLA, an unmarried man
of the premises
