A 30 foot wide easement for ingress and egress purposes lying over, on and across a portion of those lands
granted to the South County Regional Wastewater Authority (S.C.R.W.A.) by deed filed in Book M 291,
Page 1031, Official Records of Santa Clara County, California, the northwesterly line of said easement
being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the most westerly comer of said lands of S.C.R.W.A.; thence along the northwesterly
boundary of said lands North 57047'00" East 1970.87 feet to the most northerly comer of said lands and
terminus of said easement.

South County Regional Wastewater Authority, A California Joint Exercise of Powers Authority
This is to certity that the interest in real property conveyed by the grant deed dated
February 9,2000 from South County Regional Wastewater Authority, A California Joint Exercise
of Powers Authority, to the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation of the State of California, is
hereby accepted by the undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City of Gilroy pursuant to
authority conferred by Resolution No. 97-62 of the City of Gilroy adopted December 1, 1997, a
certified copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the County
of Santa Clara, State of California, document #13986427, dated December 22, 1997 and the
