John Henry Stelling and Inez E. Stell ing, his wife, grant, cbnvey and
dedicate to the City of Gilroy, a municipal corporation, the right of way and
incidents thereto for a sewer easement upon, over and across that certain real
property, in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
described as:
BEING a portion of Las Animas Ranch Lot 16 as shown on Map No.7
accompanying the Final Report of the Referees in the Las Animas Rancho
Partition Suit, Action No. 5536 had in the Superior Court of the State
of California, in and for the County of Santa Clara, and being an ease-
ment for the installation and maintenance of an underground storm drain
under, over, on and across a strip of land 10.00 feet in width, the cen-
terline of which is more particularly described as follows:
"BEGINNING. at a point in the easterly line of Miller Avenue
that is s. 0046'W. 258.51 feet and S.89014IE. 40.00 feet from
the intersection of the centerline of Miller Avenue with the
centerline of Sixth Street, and running thence S. 72036104"E.
47.84 feet; N.69059'E. 708.00 feet, S. 81024126"E. 179.68 feet,
S.760301E. 452.02 feet and N. 700001E. 232.72 feet to a
point in the southwesterly line of Princevalle Street from
which the intersection of the centerline of Princevalle Street
with the centerline of Seventh Street bears N.70000IE. 30.00
feet, and also N.20000'W. 5.00 feet.
TOGETHER WITH reasonable working space for original construction
of the underground storm drain and reasonable access rights
for maintenance vehicles until such time as Seventh Street has
been extended and dedicated for public use.

CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF CONVEYANCE TO THE CITY OF GilROY
BY JOHN HENRY STELLING AND INEZ E. STELLING, HIS WIFE
I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do hereby
certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution No. 944,
adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th day of July,
1965. at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified copy of which
resolution is on record in the office of the County Recorder of the
County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book 7027, page 228, I,
as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on behalf of the said
City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by John Henry Stelling and
Inez E. Stellinq. his wife
of the premises described in the attached
conveyance dated the 22nd day of
1968 ,and
October
that the said City of Gilroy consents to the recordation of said con-
veyance.
