BEING a portion of Block 1 North, Range 7 West in the City of Gilroy
as shown on "Map of Jas. A. Clayton & Co~s. Addition to the City of
Gilroy" filed for record in Book "V" of Maps at page 22, Records of
Santa Clara County, California, and being a strip of land 10.00 feet
in the width, the exterior line of which is more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the northeasterly line of Princevalle Street
distant thereon N.20000~W. 20.02 feet from the intersection thereof
with the northwesterly line of Sixth Street, as shown on said Map, and
running thence along the northeasterly line of Princevalle Street
N.20000~W. 503.30 feet; thence along a curve to the right with a
radius of 20.00 feet, through a central angle of 89057~ for a distance
of 31.40 feet to a point in the south easterly line of Fifth Street;
thence along said southeasterly line N.70000~E. 246.08 feet; thence
along a curve to the right with a radius of 20.00 feet, through a
central angle of 90003~ for a distance of 31.43 feet to a point in the
southwesterly line of Carmel Street; thence along said southwester'ly
line S.20000~E. 503.30 feet; thence along a curve to the right with a
Radius of 20.00 feet, through a central angle of 89057~ for a
distance of 31.40 feet to a point in the northwesterly line of Sixth
Street; thence along said northwesterly line S.69057~W. 246.08 feet;
thence along a curve to the right with a radius of 20.00 feet, through

beginning.
The interior line of the above easement is parallel to and 10.00 feet
northeasterly of the northeasterly line of Princevalle Street, 10.00
feet southeasterly from the southeasterly line of Fifth Street, 10.00
feet southwesterly from the southwesterly line of Carmel Street and
10.00 feet northwesterly from the northwesterly line of Sixth Street.
