the fact of death of John Victorino filed for record in the Office of the Recorder of Santa
Clara County, California on November 19, 1959 in Book 4811 of Official Records, page
650, and as shown on a map of that certain Record of Survey filed for record in the Office
of the Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, California on April 22, 1981 in Book 483 of
Maps, at page 16, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point marking the Southwesterly corner of said 65.02 acre parcel of land on
the Northerly line of Gilman Road (60 feet wide) as shown on said Map; thence along said
Northerly line of Gilman Road N. 5r 55' E, 20.00 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence along said Northerly line N. 570 55' E, 100.00 feet; thence leaving said Northerly
line at right angles N. 320 05' W, 100.00 feet, thence S. 570 53' W. 100.00 feet and S.
320 05' E, 100.00 feet to the true point of beginning and containing 0.30 acres of land
more or less, as shown on Record of Survey filed November 17, 1987 in Book 580 of
