Street Dedications and Public Utility Easements
All that real property situate in the City of Gilroy, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
being portion of that certain parcel ofland conveyed to Fibre Innovations, LLC, by deed
recorded November 5, 1999, as Document No. 15044941, Official Records of Santa Clara
County, and described as follows:
Parcel One Street Dedication
Beginning at the southeasterly comer of said parcel, said point being the southwesterly comer of
that certain parcel of land conveyed to the City of Gilroy by Grant Deed recorded
December 29, 1972 in Book 0172, pages 455 and 458, Official Records of Santa Clara
County;
Thence South 83006'00" West 1.98 feet along the southerly line of said parcel to the beginning
of a non-tangent curve to the right, to which point a radial line bears South 73033' 17"
West;
Thence northerly along said non-tangent curve to the right with a radius of 361.50 feet through a
central angle of 9027' 14" for an arc length of 59.65 feet to an angle point on the westerly
line of said parcel of land conveyed to the City of Gilroy;
Thence South 13036'32" East 59.78 feet along said westerly line to the Point of Beginning.
Containing 121 square feet, more or less.
Parcel One-A Public Utility Easement
A 10.00 foot wide strip of land, the easterly line of said strip being coincident with the westerly
line of the above described Parcel One, designated as a non-tangent curve to the right with
a radius of 361.50 feet through a central angle of 9027' 14" for an arc length of 59.65 feet.
The westerly line of said 10.00 foot wide strip to be shortened to terminate on the southerly line
of said parcel of land conveyed to Fibre Innovations, LLC

Beginning at a point on the northerly line of said parcel of land conveyed to Fibre Innovations,
LLC, distant South 89051' 11" East 438.61 feet from the northwesterly comer of said
parcel;
Thence leaving said northerly line, South 21022' 13" East 67.79 feet to a point of curvature;
Thence southeasterly, easterly and northerly along a tangent curve to the left with a radius of
70.00 feet through a central angle of 179032'34" for an arc length of219.35 feet to a point
of reverse curvature;
Thence northeasterly along said reverse curve with a radius of 9.00 feet through a central angle
of 111003'36" for an arc length of 17.45 feet to a point on said northerly line;
Thence North 89051 'II" West 163.71 feet along said northerly line to said Point of Beginning.

Parcel Two-A Public Utility Easement
A 10.00 foot wide strip ofland, the northeasterly, northerly and westerly line of said strip being
coincident with the southwesterly, southerly and easterly line of the above described Parcel
Two, designated as South 21022' 13" East 67.79 feet and as a tangent curve to the left with
a radius of70.00 feet through a central angle of 179032'34" for an arc length of219.35 feet.
The sidelines of said strip to be prolonged or shortened as to terminate on said northerly line of
said parcel a..'1d on said reverse curve with a radius of9.00 feet.
