BEING a portion of Ranchlot l6 of the Las Animas Rancho as shown
on Map No. 7 accompanying the Report of the Referees in the Las
Animas Rancho Partition Suit, Action No. 5536 had in the Superior
Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Santa
Clara And being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the southerly line of Hecker
Pass Highway in the northerly line of 20.76 acre parcel
of land conveyed to San Martin Sales Company, a co-
partnership, distant thereon S.890E. 320.28 feet from
the northerly corner of 0.745 acre parcel of land conveyed
to Roman Catholic Archbisop of San Francisco, a
corporation, by deed recorded in Volume 4465 at page 299,
Official Record of Santa Clara County, and running thence
along the southerly line of Hecker Pass Highway and the
northerly line of said 20.76 acre parcel of land
S. 89000' E. 807.90 feet, more or less, to the North-
westerly corner of the parcel of land conveyed by
Henrietta Balillaige to Kathleen Clark, by Deed dated
June 5, 1923 and recorded June 6, 1923, in Book 32 of
Official Records, Page 262;thence, along the westerly line
of said lands conveyed to Clark, S. 1000'W. 13.00 feet:
thence, leaving said westerly line, along a line parallel
to the aforementioned southerly line of Hecker Pass
Highway, N. 89000'W. 715.90 feet; thence along a tangent
curve to the left having a radius of 40.00
feet and a central angle of 97000', a distance of 67.72
feet; thence S.6000'E. 178.28 feet; thence along a tangent
curve to the right having a radius of 490.00 feet and a
central angle of 26031'24", a distance of 226.83 feet; thence
S.20031'24"1\1. l16.31 feet; thence along a tangent curve to the

I, the City Administrator of the City of Gilroy, do
hereby certify that pursuant to the authority given by Resolution
No. 944, adopted by the Council of the City of Gilroy on the 6th
day of July, 1965, at a regular meeting of said Council, a certified
copy of which resolution is on record in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California, in Book
7027, page 228, I, as said City Administrator, do hereby accept on
behalf of the said City the conveyance to the City of Gilroy by
M, J, Filice" et al
of the premises
described in the attached conveyance dated the 22nd day of
