ing the Final Report of the Referees in the Las Animas Rancho
Partition Suit, Action No. 5536 had in the Superior Court of
the State of California, in and for the County of Santa Clara,
and being a strip of land 75.00 feet in width, the centerline
of which is described as follows:
"BEGINNING at a point in the southeasterly line of that
certain parcel of land conveyed to FILPER CORPORATION a
corporation, by deed recorded. February 4, 1960 in Volume
4686 at page 213, Official Records of Santa Clara County
distant thereon S. 700 W. 342.21 'feet from the most easterly
corner thereof, and running thence N. 200 W. 560.00 feet, more
or less, to a point in the southeasterly line of that certain
parcel of land conveyed to the City of Gilroy by deed from
Cal-Mission, a corporation, recorded November 24, 1958 in
Volume 4239 of Official Records at page 41, distant thereon
N. 700 E. 375.29 feet from the most southerly corner thereof."
Surveyed, monumented, and described in December 1961, by
Walter J. Hanna, Jr. City Engineer, City of Gilroy.

EXTENS ION OF ClitJRCH STREET
BE IT RESOLVSD by the Council of the City of Gilroy that
said City of Gilroy does hereby accept the attached conveyance
from FILPER CORPORATION, a corporation, to the City of Gilroy,

January 16. 1962
