accompanying the Final Report of the Referees in the
Las Animas Rancho Partition SUit, Action No. 5536 had
in the Superior Court of the ptate of california, in
and. f.or the County of Santa Clara, and being more
particularly described as follows:
A strip of land 60.00 feet in width for the extension
of La Sierra Way to i~Tayland Lane, the centerline of which
is described as follows: Beginning at the westerly terminus
of the centerline of La Sierra Way as shown on the map of
Tract No. 971 ulA/ayland Lane Tract", which map is recorded
in Book 36 of Maps at page 17, Records of Santa Clara
County, and running thence along the projection of said
centerline S:70CW. 345.80 feet to tte intersection thereof
with the centerline of Wayland Lane (when widened to 60
feet width), and also a strip of land 19.88 feet in width
for alley purposes, the northwesterly line of which is
described as follows~ Beginning at a point in the south-
westerly line of an alley as shown on said map of the
l.Taylan~ Lane Tract, distant thereon<:". 20 (!IE. 120.00 feet from
the jntersection thereof with the southeasterly line of
La Sierra Way, and running thence parallel with the
southeasterly line of La Sierra '!.Jay S. 70 OW. 311.08 feet to
the intersection thereof with the northeasterly line of
Wayland Lane.
